Red ozelot swords are a great beginner plant for anyone starting out in the hobby. Our swords have been fully transitioned to aquarium life to make the transition to your aquarium seamless. They do not require CO2 but will need fertilization and will especially benefit from root tabs. High lighting is not required but will help to bring out the colors of the plants.

To minimize shipping delays we only ship live plants on Monday and Tuesday. Plant orders placed on Tuesday or later will ship the following week.
If your local area had extreme heat or cold we recommend having your mail held at the post office on the day of arrival. This is free and can be done online or at the post office. That way your plants stay indoors until you pick them up to protect them from the elements.
We do our best to remove any visible hitch hikers from your plants before we ship but it is impossible to be 100% sure that we get everything. If you're concerned about getting any potential hitch hikers we recommend rinsing your plants before adding them to your pond or aquarium.
