Java moss is a great very hardy making it a great beginner plant. Moss provides great cover for fish and shrimp. This moss is also great for breeding tanks to provide cover for small fry. This moss does not need to be planted it will just float above the substrate. Please note it is normal for moss to contain some brown bits in it. Well Co2 is not required for this plant to thrive it can yield faster growth and better color. Each order is approximately one hand full. Please see second photo for size comparison.

To minimize shipping delays we only ship live plants on Monday and Tuesday. Plant orders placed on Tuesday or later will ship the following week.
If your local area had extreme heat or cold we recommend having your mail held at the post office on the day of arrival. This is free and can be done online or at the post office. That way your plants stay indoors until you pick them up to protect them from the elements.
We do our best to remove any visible hitch hikers from your plants before we ship but it is impossible to be 100% sure that we get everything. If you're concerned about getting any potential hitch hikers we recommend rinsing your plants before adding them to your pond or aquarium. You can also perform a 10-15 second dip of the plants in a solution of 1 part bleach to 20 parts water followed by thoroughly rinsing the plant.
