Green Slimer Acropora

Forest Fire Montipora Digitata is a favorite among collectors and beginners alike. The contrast of the green base with the orange polyps makes this SPS color stand out from other digitata species. This coral is fast growing and easy to care for making this an ideal beginner SPS coral. They tolerate moderate lighting, but really show their best colors under higher PAR conditions.

Big Kahuna's Orange Montipora Digitata was one of our first additions to our coral aquaculture facility. Digitata species both encrust and grow finger-like branches that fill in the rock scape. Montipora species are some of the easiest SPS coral to keep and are great for beginners.

Placement: This coral can grow large over time so place it about half way up the aquarium to give it room to grow.  It should be place where it can receive direct light and flow.
